Wordpress v Blogger

New to blogging, but already I have to say that I'm more impressed with wordpress than blogger. I'm using wordpress on a Church web site (still in the beta stage but you can see it here - note that the navigation bar isn't working correctly on Firefox.) I'm using blogger...on this blog! I'm sure they're serving different types of users...wordpress seems more geared to overall web site development and extension (via plugins etc.) Blogger seems to be just bog standard blogging (which you can't really criticise too much I guess!). Anyway I'm hopping that blogger provides all I need for this small personal space.
